Mr. G.N. Bajpai

G.N. Bajpai is a distinguished leader in Indian business, was the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Earlier, Mr. Bajpai was Chairman of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Mr. Bajpai is known for his visionary leadership and exemplary integrity. He has served/serves as non-Executive Chairman and a Director on corporate boards in India and other countries, received awards for contribution to business, and authored several books. Mr. Bajpai has been Chairman of the Corporate Governance Task Force of International Organization of Securities Commissions and the Chairperson of the Insurance Institute of India. As Chairman of SEBI, Mr. Bajpai oversaw the orderly functioning of India's securities markets, the tenth largest in the world with a market capitalization of over US$ 1 trillion and 20 million investors. With a vision to make India a global benchmark, Mr. Bajpai initiated numerous reforms and innovations in India's securities markets. He has delivered lectures including at London School of Economics (LSE), Harvard University and MIT and also addressed OECD & IMF seminars. Currently, he is the visiting Prof. of Middlesex University, London. He has received, among others, the "Outstanding Contribution to the Development of Finance" award from Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh. Mr. Bajpai holds a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Agra and a Degree in Law (LL B) from the University of Indore. Mr. Bajpai is an avid golfer.

Frank Savage

Frank Savage is Chief Executive Officer of Savage Holdings, LLC, a closely held international advisory firm. Prior to establishing Savage Holdings in 2011, Mr. Savage was previously Chairman of Alliance Capital Management International, and a Director of its parent company, Alliance Capital Management Corp, at the time the largest publicly traded asset management company in America. During that period, he created investment funds focusing on South Africa, Egypt and India. He served as a Senior Vice President of The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S. and Chairman of Equitable Capital Management Corporation, a major investment management subsidiary of Equitable Life, where he built the firm’s global investment management business. During his years at Equitable Life, he oversaw investment portfolios in the energy, transportation, and communications industries, lending directly to US and foreign companies. He also spent a brief part of his Equitable career managing an in house small business investment company. He started his global financial career as an international officer in the International Division of Citicorp, stationed in the Middle East and Africa. He has served on the boards of several major corporations and non-for-profit organizations, including Qualcomm, Inc., Lockheed Martin Corporation, Enron, Arco Chemicals, Bloomberg LP, and the New York Philharmonic. He is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Howard University and Trustee Emeritus of Johns Hopkins University. He holds an Honorary Doctorate degree in Humane Letters from Hofstra University and an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Howard University .He also served for a number of years as an Advisor to former South African President Thabo Mbeki. He earned a B.A. in 1962 from Howard University and an M.A. in 1968 from The Johns Hopkins University Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. Mr. Savage is the author of the critically acclaimed book, THE SAVAGE WAY: Successfully Navigating the Waves of Business and Life, published by John S. Wiley and Sons in November, 2012.

Mr. Ramesh Ramakrishnan

Ramesh Ramakrishnan is the chairman of Transworld Group of Companies. He has steadily expanded its activities since taking over from his father in 1989. The group has extensive operations across Asia and the Middle East, with offices in 28 worldwide locations and a 1000-strong workforce. Transworld’s activities encompass shipping agencies, ship management, freight forwarding, logistics, marine and container repairs, container storage, inland transportation and international trading. Ramesh Ramakrishnan’s sagacious leadership has earned him the ‘Maritime Personality of the Year Award’ at the Maritime and Logistics Awards 2011, the ‘Logistics CEO of the Year’ title at the 2013 Indian CEO Awards in Dubai, The Forbes Middle East Top Indian business leader award 2013. Ramesh's love for culture, sports and the arts prompted him to organise events that showcase seasoned performers, as well as upcoming talents. He is a philanthropist who supports many charitable trusts and worthy causes.

Mr. Rakesh Bhargava

Rakesh Bhargava is the President and CEO of Bhargava Capital and the Chairman of Blue Spruce Global Advisors, LLC. Mr. Bhargava's experience spans approximately thirty years, both as a private banker and a portfolio manager. He has served as Vice President and Partner at Kidder Peabody; as a Senior Vice President and Head of India distribution at Smith Barney; as Executive Director in charge of South Asia distribution at CIBC Oppenheimer Corp.; as Executive Vice President in charge of the Middle East and Asia at Laidlaw Global Securities, and as Director of Investments at Wachovia Securities. Since the early 1980s, Mr. Bhargava has focused on the emerging markets of India, Brazil and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. He spearheaded the distribution efforts to raise capital for the first offshore India fund called the India Liberalization Fund (at Smith Barney) and subsequently the first India private equity fund (at Oppenheimer). He is a keen sportsman and was ranked #1 in Tennis in the USTA Father-Daughter category in the United States for the years 1999, 2000 and 2001. Mr. Bhargava holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Business Management from the Stern School of Business, New York University, New York; an MBA in marketing from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India. Mr. Bhargava is a registered investment professional and holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.
